How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Menuunderstanding Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or messaged Menuunderstanding Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider you were connected with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have an issue with work at your home, take it up with the provider first and keep written records.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand that Menuunderstanding Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@menuunderstanding.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and the outcome you want
After You Write
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our reply does not settle things, respond and ask for another review. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist with licensed providers.
